  • I’m really happy with my experience completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer course. The online learning platform was easy to use and gave me the flexibility to study around my other commitments. The tutor support was excellent, and whenever I needed help or guidance, the tutors were always there to support me. The course was reasonably priced and offered great value for money. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start a career in personal training.

With the DWP

From the Jobcentre to the gym floor.

We work with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Jobcentre Plus work coaches to qualify people who are on Universal Credit and actively looking for work.

If fitness is where you want to work, your work coach can refer you to us. Because most of the course is online, with a tutor on the end of the phone, it works wherever you live: our DWP learners have qualified from Porthcawl, Grimsby and Yeovil.

Good to know: training through your work coach sits alongside your claimant commitment, so tell your work coach in advance if a study day would clash with a Jobcentre appointment. DWP guidance on GOV.UK ↗

  1. Talk to your work coach

Tell them you want to work in fitness. Work coaches check the skills you have and can refer you to a training provider when a qualification would help you into work.

  2. They make the referral

Your work coach checks you are eligible and puts you in touch with us. You keep up your Jobcentre appointments as normal while you study.

  3. We take it from there

Enrolment, a 1-to-1 tutor, the online platform, your theory exams and practical assessments by video. Study at your own pace, wherever you live.

  4. Qualify and get to work

You finish with an Ofqual-regulated qualification certificated by Focus Awards, and our post-qualification support, including guaranteed job interviews.
